Do I need to connect my store to read reviews?
No. Reading reviews works without credentials. You only connect a store if you want to post replies live from AppEcho.
Is AI included?
Yes. Translation, theme detection, sentiment analysis, AI reply suggestions and weekly summaries are all built-in — no API keys to manage, no per-token billing to think about.
Where is my data stored?
In managed Postgres on EU infrastructure (Germany). Workspace data is never used to train external models.
Can I export my reviews?
Yes — CSV and JSON export for the current filter scope. The data is yours, always.
Which stores are supported?
App Store and Google Play, with full reply support on both. Other stores ship as needed — let us know what your team uses.
Do replies actually post to the stores?
Yes. Once you connect via OAuth, API key, or Apple ID, replies post live through the official store APIs. Without a connection, replies save as drafts you can copy.
