Is AI included?
Yes. Translation, theme detection, sentiment analysis, AI replies and summaries are bundled in every paid plan. No API keys, no per-token billing.
What happens if I outgrow Free?
Upgrade to Pro or Team in one click — your data, replies, and templates carry over. Downgrade anytime; you'll keep paid access until the end of the billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel and your workspace drops to Free at the end of the current billing period — your data stays intact, just within Free's limits going forward. No refunds for partial months or unused annual time.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual is billed once a year and saves about 17% — equivalent to two months free. Switch between them anytime from Settings → Billing.
Do you support team billing?
Yes — Team bills per workspace (up to 5 seats included), Enterprise is unlimited and invoiced.
What if I exceed Free's limits?
Free is capped at 2 apps, 250 replies/month, 25 AI suggestions/month, and 100 translations/month. We'll flag it in-app and you can upgrade in one click — Pro and Team have no AI/translation/reply caps.
Can I invite teammates?
Yes. Team and Enterprise plans include multi-seat workspaces — invite by email, accept via link, members share the inbox and reply on the same store credentials.
